Ethics Update: What’s New and Hot in Legal Ethics

What ethical questions arise from operating a virtual law office and otherwise working remotely now and in the future, as well as client expectations related to these issues. Topics will include:

1. May I work from a location outside my licensed jurisdiction as long as my clients are in my licensed jurisdiction?
2. What technological safeguards must (should) I employ to protect client information and our communication?
3. Will I be able to ethically and adequately supervise other lawyers and staff?
4. Must I have some form of a physical office address?
